Stay at the Table was started by Adam, a Christian in Frederick County, Maryland, to give Christians across traditions a place to listen honestly, explore their differences, and act together where they find common ground.

Adam currently serves as its founding steward. The aim is shared, accountable leadership as the community grows, as described in the Stewardship & Governance plan.
