Adam Coulby
Faith, family & community projects.
Adam Coulby is an aviation author and website creator in Frederick County, Maryland. His current projects bring together Christian faith, hospitality, practical learning, and a desire to help people connect.
CURRENT WORK
Three projects, connected by faith and hospitality.
Stay at the Table
Adam created this website as a place for Christians to explore their shared faith, discuss honest differences, and consider practical ways to serve. Daniel provides the site's welcoming voice. The invitation is to read Scripture, ask questions, listen carefully, and seek unity in Jesus.

Adam created the Rising Phoenix Legacy website and has undertaken outreach in support of preserving the mission of the retreat established by Reverend Doctor Margee Iddings. This independent effort shares her story and seeks people who may be able to help carry her legacy of Christian hospitality forward.
Margee founded the retreat. Adam's role is in the preservation effort and its website; he does not own the retreat. Rising Phoenix is a separate undertaking from Harmony Gardens.

Harmony Gardens is a Christian farm-stay and retreat vision Adam is developing with his family. Gardens, greenhouses, shared meals, prayer, and opportunities to learn together are at its heart. The family is exploring how that vision could take shape, one practical step at a time.
Harmony Gardens is in development. It is not currently an operating retreat or an invitation to book a stay.

Family, gardens, and learning by doing.
Family life and hands-on learning are part of the story behind Harmony Gardens. Adam and his children share an interest in growing plants, working on greenhouse projects, and exploring how gardens can become places to learn and spend time together.
The hope for Harmony Gardens extends that experience into a place of Christian welcome: somewhere people could slow down, care for creation, pray, and share ordinary life. The vision remains a work in progress, grounded in the family's ongoing planning and practical projects.
